1. Agreement

By doing business with Vanna B. Paradise Productions℠ (company, we, our, us), you are agreeing that you understand the policies that have been put in place. You understand that these policies are final and you can not negotiate a change in price and guidelines.

2. Pricing and Payments

​

• Music Videos (individual or 2-4 people): 5k Lindens or $15 USD

• Music Videos (group of 5+): 7k Lindens or $21 USD (may take longer to record and edit)

• Greek Videos (music videos, probates, crossovers): 8k Lindens or $24 USD

• Promos (businesses/lands - community sims): 9k Lindens or $29 USD

• Family-Friendly Events (weddings, baby showers, honeymoons, gender reveals, child births): 6k Lindens or $18 USD

Vanna B. Paradise Productions℠ accepts payment via:

• Lindens

• PayPal

• CashApp

• Venmo

 

Please Note: Vanna B. Paradise Productions℠  (company, we, our, us) does not negotiate prices whatsoever. Pricing is final and will not increase or decrease.

4. Corrections and Refunds

​

You are only allowed 2 re-edits per video which you will not be charged. If you still do not like the results of your video after the 2 re-edit limit, you will be eligible for a partial refund. You will only receive a partial refund due to time taken to record, edit, and make corrections. Refund amounts will be discussed at the time of refund distribution.

5. Appointment Lateness

​

You are required to be at your appointment time no later than 30 minutes. If you are late for your appointment, you will be charged a 1k linden late fee if you continue with the video shoot. The shoot will not begin until you pay the late fee.

6. Rescheduling

​

 If you need to reschedule your appointment, please fill out our reschedule form here 24 hours or more in advance. If you still do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged a no-show fee of 2k lindens or $5.00 USD if you continue with the video shoot. If you have to reschedule your appointment again, for any reason and you do show up to your appointment on time, your 2k linden or $5.00 USD no-show fee will be waived.

Please Note: If you are absent and late to your appointment, you will be charged a total of 3k lindens or $9.00 USD if you do decide to continue with the video shoot.

7. Group Video Shoots

 

Group video shoots is YOUR responsibility to make sure everyone is available and ready to go by the shoot time. This is including but not limited to probates, baby showers, and weddings. If you do not communicate to us that you will need to start late or reschedule due to other people not showing up, you will still need to pay the late and/or no-show fee.

8. Backdrops and Props

​

Vanna B. Paradise Productions℠ (company, we, our, us) does not provide props or backdrops. However, if we do need to provide items for your video shoot, you will be charged an additional 500 lindens or $1.45 USD set-up fee.  It is the customer's responsibility to have all of their items ready to use.

9. Bypassing

​

The policies listed above are final and you may not negotiate any changes be done during your service. Anyone who tries to bypass policies or are disrespectful to the staff of Vanna B. Paradise Productions℠ or company as a whole will be blacklisted and you will not be able to use our services ever again.
